EagleSoft recently released Select99, the practice-management software system designed for the dental front office. Available immediately, the software is compatible with Windows® operating systems and is fully Year-2000 compliant.
The software has several major enhancements over previous versions. Treatment Planning allows for multiple plans to present various treatment options to the patient. Select99 and ChairSide Digital X-ray use the same treatment plan. Users can track and electronically submit pre-authorizations. View service code and tooth information in Scheduler and create an audit trail report. Letter feature allows for merging of information. Merge fields allow you to customize your letters with names, balance information, etc. The Referral Manager allows you to track your Referred In and Referred Out patients and productivity totals.
The new software also will generate letters, insurance forms, and billing statements. Select99 offers managers instant access to in-depth patient information, such as account history, insurance-claims tracking, care management, treatment-planning, and patient health and financial alerts. Productivity and finances also can be analyzed with Select99.
