New lens offers clear view to perform procedures with camera
Feb. 1, 1996
Welch Allyn Dental introduces its new lens for the Reveal intraoral camera, enabling practitioners to utilize both an instrument and Reveal`s handpiece, simultaneously. The new operative lens offers a focal view of 7 mm to 40 mm, maintaining a clear image on the monitor. Reveal`s optical system is designed with side-viewing, interchangeable lenses. The general-purpose lens is used for imaging more than one tooth (10 mm - 100 mm) and can image a full smile and full arch. The close-focus lens provides high magnification up to 40x (3 mm - 12 mm).
