You`ve heard of the Oscars? Of course! And you know the Tonys and the Grammys, but what about the Joeys? In honor of our tireless editor, Dr. Joe Blaes, I have come up with a new award for "Excellence in Web Sites."
Of course, this is all done for fun, but I hope to educate you about a potpourri of sites that are either very useful or very enjoyable. For you Internet rookies out there, here`s a list of great sites to start you on your journey on the World Wide Web.
