Steri-Oss announces a new line of disposable drills. Made of uncoated stainless steel, the new instruments hold an extremely sharp and efficient cutting edge. They are intended for one-time use only.

Two packages - one for anterior sites and one for posterior sites - are offered. Both kits include a 1.5 mm disposable twist drill, a 2.0 mm disposable twist drill, and a two-step disposable guide drill. These instruments are the most commonly used drills and are most susceptible to rapid wear.

Unlike standard Steri-Oss drills, the new disposable drills are irrigated externally.

For additional information about the new disposable surgical drills, contact Steri-Oss customer support at (800) 322-5001.
