Dr. Peter Auster has thirty years of experience in high quality dentistry in his private practice in Pomona, N.Y. Dr. Auster completed 2 terms on the board of directors of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is very proud of his selection as the AACD 2015 Humanitarian of the Year. He currently chairs the AACD Leadership Committee. Dentistry Today magazine named Dr. Auster one of top 100 leaders in Dentistry Continuing Education for 2017. He is founder and past-president of the New York Affiliate of the AACD, the Greater New York Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Auster’s series of articles in Dentistry Today are entitled “Conquering a Difficult Case“. His October, 2015 article in "Inside Dentistry", entitled, ""Cosmetic Dentistry for Patients with Bulimia “, discusses the role dentists can play in potentially saving the lives of patients with eating disorders in addition to re-vitalizing their smiles.
