Dedicated to meeting the oral-hygiene needs of all patients, the John O. Butler Company introduces the Butler GUM® Shape It™ toothbrush. It features a special polymer handle that can be easily and quickly configured to comfortably accommodate individual movement and grip challenges experienced by patients with limited dexterity of the hands, fingers, elbows, and/or shoulders.

The special handle can be personalized by immersing it in hot water, which makes it malleable, and then easily bent, twisted, or otherwise modified into any number of shapes to meet the personal movement needs of the patient.

After the selected handle has been formed, the handle is placed into cool water to harden it. As patient needs change, the handle can be heated and reformed repeatedly by the user or a caregiver.

For more information on the Butler GUM® Shape It™ toothbrush, contact your local dealer or call (800) JBUTLER [(800) 265-8353 from Canada].
