He has been recognized as a top 100 speaker in dentistry today several times in the last 10 consecutive years.
In addition, Dr. Smallwood regularly provides consulting services to dental manufacturers, laboratories, and his peers. He serves as the official dentist of the prestigious Miss Arizona USA and Arizona United States pageants. He owns the Centre for Contemporary Dental Concepts in Tempe, Arizona, where he has been practicing for over 25 years.
