ASI Medical`s new, combined sterile water and disinfection system can be retrofitted easily to existing dental-delivery units or added to new systems. The system contains three reservoirs. The first reservoir utilizes a unique (patent-pending) pick-up tube with an integrated filter for providing filtered, sterile water to the handpiece and syringe lines. The second reservoir can be filled with an antimicrobial solution for flushing the lines between patients to prevent contamination of the handpiece lines from patient contact. The third reservoir (optional) is available for dispensing alternate solutions to the patient during treatment.
