Bacteriologic test available to test for bad breath

The FBI (Fresh Breath Institute) is pleased to announce its investigative test: The Bad Breath Detective. This bacteriological test is patent-pending. It will afford the dental professional with a means of identifying patients who colonize levels of bacteria that form VSCs (volatile sulfur compounds) found in halitosis. The test consists of two microcentrifuge tubes containing a culture medium, sterile cotton-tipped applicators and an instruction guide on how to administer the test. Test result
