Joint effort made to develop integrated dental software

New Image Industries, Inc. and EagleSoft Incorporated will jointly develop and market an integrated clinical-dental software solution that will be an interface providing a range of capabilities when utilized with New Image`s intraoral dental cameras. The new product will be integrated with the New Image family of intraoral dental cameras and with Select, EagleSoft`s practice-management software. It will provide an integrated interface for tooth and periodontal charting, image management, patient education and radiography, as well as provide a link to New Image`s cosmetic-imaging software. The software also will operate as a stand-alone workstation for those practices utilizing other practice-management software or camera technology. Also, New Image Industries and EagleSoft Incorporated announce the immediate implementation of a cross-promotional, marketing agreement under which each will recommend the other`s products and services and provide a unique coupon program entitling dental practices to certain free products and services.
