Sigma Biomedics introduces an economic and technological breakthrough: The DXIS (Digital X-Ray Imaging System), designed by Signet Radiology. DXIS is a retrofit system specifically designed to convert your existing panoramic machine to digital and is said to save you time and money.

DXIS is a real-time imaging system with 50 percent reduced radiation to the patient as compared to current film selection and kv settings. Film-quality X-ray images are produced in approximately 12 seconds, which then can be enhanced by the easy-to-use DXIS imaging software. Storing the images on long-lasting, durable CD-ROM discs gives true archival capability and eliminates the need to store bulky X-ray films.

Sigma Biomedics can offer either a complete retrofit unit (for many different models), or a new DXIS-converted panoramic machine that will transform your office into a high-tech dental practice and may be purchased through your local dealer.
