It was designed in response to the increased demand and performance expectations for self-tapping implants from clinicians. The titanium-threaded SuperCAT™ Implant offers: the ability to thread the implant into the prepared site, without first pretapping the site; reduced force (torque) required to thread the implant into the site as compared to previous self-tapping implants; easy, initial thread engagement when the implant is inserted in the bone; and high stability during placement.
