Ivoclar North America, Inc. has released a newly developed, low-fusing opaquer paste for use with highly bio-compatible alloys featuring a low solidus point. The product, IPS Lowpaque™, is part of the IPS Classic PFM porcelain line.

Developed to supply a paste with the "bio" alloys, Lowpaque can be used with metals to eliminate any problems that may arise from incompatibility due to the low solidus temperature.

IPS Lowpaque™ can be used for the most popular metal-ceramic alloys and implant superstructures. The product comes in ready-mixed pastes, has a high degree of opacity and is available in all Chromascop® and V shades.
