The appliance provides lateral and protrusive jaw movement reducing possible TMJ symptoms, and can be ad- justed to alter the patient`s mandibular position, thus increasing effectiveness and jaw comfort.

The appliance is designed to keep the patient`s airway open by holding the jaw comfortably in a forward position.
