I have it—You want it! Glove’n Care hand cream and instant hand sanitizer

Aug. 1, 2020
In the age of increased PPE, gloves are a given. Howard Glazer, DDS, FAGD reviews Glove'n Care hand products from Essential Dental Systems Inc.—two excellent products for keeping hands soft, smooth, and sanitized.

Michael Jackson might have set a trend years ago with his single glove fashion statement, but today, using gloves in and out of the dental office is about a lot more than fashion. For those in the dental field, daily glove use is now a fact of life. All this glove usage can dry your skin and make your hands feel rough.

Essential Dental, well known for Flexipost and their terrific endodontic products and system, have introduced two great hand-care products. First, there is Glove’n Care instant hand sanitizer. Unlike other similar products that tend to dry out your hands, Glove’n Care has an enriched aloe formulation that kills 99.9% of germs, is unscented, and is completely nondrying. It’s available in a pump dispenser and is ideal when paired with Glove’n Care hand cream. The hand cream is a water-based product made from essential minerals mined from the Dead Sea: sodium chloride, calcium chloride, sulfate, potassium, and magnesium, all designed to maintain the water content of the skin. Unlike petroleum-based products, this water-based product will not compromise glove integrity. Glove’n Care hand cream is available in a pump or a tube, is hypoallergenic, and leaves your hands soft and smooth. At a time when we’re wearing gloves more than just in the office, this duo is ideal when it comes to sanitizing and protecting your hands.
