Premier Dental announces the availability of four additional instrument designs on Big Easy, comfort-controlled instrument handles: Barnhart 1/2 and 5/6, Columbia 2L/2R, and Gracey 9/10.

These additional designs have been added, according to Premier, to satisfy the growing demand for the thicker, softer Big Easy grips, providing increased comfort and control. The Big Easy instruments have silicone-cushion grips, extending beyond the recessed, hollow, stainless-steel handle`s design. This combination is said to provide the ideal combination of tactile sensitivity and comfort for the dentist or hygienist.

Premier is offering a free videotape with an illustrated manual on the Biocentric Technique, introducing an ergonomic solution in instrumentation to manage occupational pain, including carpel-tunnel syndrome. The videotape, with illustrated manual, is available to hygienists free of charge when purchasing any six Premier scales and curettes. Details on CE credits, available separately from the University Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, are included with the video.
