I wanted to agree with you about presenting ideal dentistry and then helping patients find a way to afford it. Too, often, I would present several treatment plan choices to a patient and never hear from the patient again. Giving too many options only serves to confuse the patient.

Presenting clearly defined treatment goals to patients is definitely the way to go!
