Patient feedback is a great way to determine how patients feel about you, your staff and the treatment they receive. Hancock Management Services began working on a data collection device five years ago called "The Boxx." It can be used chairside with patients, in determining where problems occur, when and by whom. Every 30 days the "Boxx" is downloaded to Hancock`s computers, enabling them to provide a report listing the question asked and the results. Many people feel uncomfortable answering written surveys, but the "Boxx" allows true feelings to be expressed.
