CADchart 5.0 allows proactive care

Aug. 1, 1999
CADchart 5.0 allows dentists to provide more immediate, pro-active care with its innovative "chairside insurance estimate" feature. Patients see exactly how much their insurance carrier will pay for future treatment while still in the chair. In many cases, dentists are able to give treatment on the spot, saving time/follow-up visits for patients and increasing revenues for the practice.

Other new CADchart features include a direct interface to scanners and printers, right-click accessibility, and built-in voice responder. Fully operational in five views and color-coded to emphasize different conditions in the mouth, CADchart 5.0 is capable of graphically displaying all tooth surfaces. It also makes possible the charting of both child and adult teeth in one chart as a child`s mouth develops.
