Crystal Clear® Soft is a dual lamination of two, patented thermal plastics. The injection-molded outer layer is a hard, durable, and nonporous thermoplastic. The inner layer is a heat-sensitive elastomeric liner. Before seating, hot tap water softens the inner layer and allows the splint to adapt to individual contours and tooth position.
Clients report that the addition of this unique thermal adaptation has made seating easier and faster and improved patient comfort, and, as a result, improving patient compliance.
