TeleVox Software, Inc. introduces Vox On-Hold, the first all-digital, PC-based telephone on-hold system designed for the dental practice of today.
Vox On-Hold is a Pentium laptop PC, Windows 95 software and includes libraries of hundreds of custom-information recordings. The system allows a practice the flexibility to choose the information patients will hear, to determine when the information will play and what music will accompany the voice tracks. The system is delivered with hundreds of professionally recorded specialty voice tracks - male and female - covering a range of dental topics. Practices also can easily record their own custom tracks; i.e., vacation and holiday hours. The system also can announce the day, date and time.
