Schick Technologies announces that its CDRPan™ digital panoramic system has received 510(k) clearance from the FDA for its universal digital sensor that retrofits existing dental panoramic X-ray units.

CDRPan™ eliminates the need for film in panoramic dental-diagnostic procedures. It is made for use with the company`s Computed Dental Radiography (CDR®) system, or can be used as a stand-alone package designed to retrofit existing dental panoramic devices.
