The American Association of Dental Schools (AADS) has announced the expansion of its student awards program to include 10 scholarships for predoctoral study. The 1996 AADS/Warner-Lambert Preventive Dentistry Scholarship will award up to 10 scholarships in the amount of $2,500 for students who have demonstrated outstanding scholarship achievement in preventive dentistry.
Up to three candidates from each school may be nominated by the dean. Eligible students must be individual members of the American Association of Dental Schools. Applications must be postmarked by Dec. 15. Recipients will be announced at the AADS annual session in March 1996 in San Francisco.
