A revolutionary, new anesthesia system, the X-tip™ System, delivers instant anesthesia for all teeth, including difficult-to-numb "hot" teeth. Because of its design, it eliminates the problem of "finding the hole" that plagues other intraosseous systems.

A revolutionary, new anesthesia system, the X-tip™ System, delivers instant anesthesia for all teeth, including difficult-to-numb "hot" teeth. Because of its design, it eliminates the problem of "finding the hole" that plagues other intraosseous systems.

The X-tip™ anesthesia system has a patented guide sleeve surrounding a 27-gauge drill. Using a low-speed handpiece, the X-tip™ is placed into the bone. The drill then is withdrawn, leaving the funnel-shaped guide sleeve in place. A 27-gauge, short anesthesia needle glides easily through the guide sleeve to deliver anesthesia directly to the bone.

The X-tip™ starter system includes 10 drills and guide sleeves, 10 27-gauge short anesthesia needles, a detailed instruction booklet, and a technique video. Reorder sets of 50 are available.
