The Preforma Gutta Percha cone-handle portion has a 1/2 40-channel groove to receive a plugger for controlled positive downloading. An ISO standard-tip portion 4 to 8 mm long seals the apical area. Insert PREFORMA and the equivalent of 4 to 6 auxiliary cone is preplaced - radially aligned around the body of the canal - leaving a Size #40 round channel.
