The P1-CF Composite Instrument is available now from American Eagle Instruments, Inc. The P1-CF is a composite-packing, occlusal-shaping, and contact-forming instrument, all in one.
The double-ended instrument has the distinctive retention-forming surface found on all American Eagle CFs; one end features a set of milled grooves that ensure a mechanical bond when filling the void created by its use as a contact-former. The large ball-packing tip and round-end, tapered-anatomy pressing shapes will be most effective for compressing all types of composites and creating pre-cure occlusal anatomy.
