Jet Bite Hard features a high-end hardness (90 Shore-A); a fast-setting time (less than 60 seconds in the mouth), and a spreader tip (to reduce excess trimming).

The primary use for Jet Bite Hard is for the recording of centric relations. Additional applications include its use as a matrix to make provisional restorations, for the stabilization of face bows, and for tray materials in certain dual-arch impression techniques.
