MedCash Health Systems recently enhanced its professionally managed receivables program to adopt new features suggested by existing customers. MedCash ACCESS is a credit program where the participating office receives account reimbursements as the client pays for services on a monthly basis. MedCash recommends that offices require a downpayment to cover treatment hard costs and let ACCESS collect the remaining balance. New program features include office participation in principal, interest and late-fee income and optional repayment terms and interest rates.
