Caroline McLeod, MS, RDH, is the value-based solutions manager for CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, where she guides care improvement initiatives and supports education and research on value-based care models that help solidify readiness among providers to transform oral health from fee-for-service to value-based care approaches.
