Allie Petrova, JD, is founder and owner of Petrova Law PLLC, a boutique law firm focused exclusively on tax and business law matters. She counsels dentists and dental practices involved in civil tax examinations, IRS administrative appeals, and tax collection matters. She also advises general and specialty group practices on how to structure transactions in a tax-efficient manner. Petrova is the immediate past chair of the Closely Held Businesses Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation, and vice chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Tax Section.
