Coltène/Whaledent Inc. has extended its line of ultrasonic cleaning units with the introduction of the BioSonic® UC-300R. This built-in, large, three-gallon unit is ideal for high-volume offices, and can be installed easily in the countertop when cabinet clearance is tight. The unique design of bezel and lid reduces noise, and also limits airborne contaminants.

The UC-300R consists of an ultrasonic tank enclosure, and a separate electrical-control box for greater installation flexibility. Also available as optional equipment is a remote digital timer (UC-315) that can be mounted in any standard electrical box.
