Micromachined Matrix Bands

Oct. 1, 1998
Dental Innovations introduces Micromachined Matrix Bands. These stainless-steel matrix bands have contact areas that are only .0005" thick, half as thick as the thinnest bands previously available. Used for Class 2 composites, the matrix bands allow the dentist to produce good proximal contacts without forceful wedging of the adjacent teeth.
