Beau Epperly

Beau Epperly, a corporate attorney with Hoge Fenton, advises entrepreneurs, investors, and closely held businesses on business formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and governance. His experience includes advising dental and medical practices on formation, financing, ownership transitions, partner buyouts, and succession planning. Beau received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego; a JD from the California Western School of Law; and an LLM in law and entrepreneurship from Duke University.
