The ApparelOne Process draws from an array of products and services that is unsurpassed in the industry, including traditional workwear, business casual, management attire, and a full range of accessories, plus programs ranging from rental to purchase to lease.

The ApparelOne consists of three phases: A comprehensive needs-assessment phase, where a complete evaluation of the customer`s product and service needs is conducted through extensive research, including on-site observation, surveys, and employees discussions. ARAMARK then presents the program manager with the research findings, and obtains that person`s input regarding other program requirements and preferences. During the second phase, a customized plan is developed to provide the right product for each employee group and the most convenient program that meets all of the identified customer needs.
