Pearls for Your Practice: Molis Coaching Paced Program

Nov. 16, 2023
The key to this Invisalign program, says Dr. Joshua Austin, is the three Cs: curriculum, community, and coaching.

The dry cleaning service I use is just down the road from my house. I usually have a couple of drop-offs and pickups per week. The parking lot is a nightmare, because in the same building is a driver’s education school. There are lots of high school kids milling about, parents dropping off and picking up, and of course, students going on their “in-car” lessons. It always reminds me of what my driver’s ed course was like and how little it looks like it has changed. I remember how daunting the idea of it all was: I am supposed to attend this class after school for 12 weeks and after that I am going to be able to drive?

How can this possibly happen? How can you learn all you need to know about this incredibly important skill in such a short period of time? The answer lies in the paced nature of the program: in-class lessons mixed with at-home work and practical education. That’s how it’s possible. The same is true with Invisalign and the Molis Coaching Paced Program. A daunting topic can be tackled in 12 weeks, and it can change your practice and life.

Dr. Ryan Molis is a legend in the Invisalign game. He has completed more than 7,000 Invisalign cases during 22 years of practice and has built an entire education platform based on his formula for success. The Paced Program is a manageable, bite-sized approach to learn the Molis Coaching system. With around two hours a week for 12 weeks, you can set yourself up for success with your Invisalign practice.

Every Monday morning, you’ll get an email with the assigned lessons for the week. You have the week to watch the lessons on moliscoaching.com on your own time. These lessons should take around an hour. Every Friday, you’ll attend a weekly live study session hosted by Dr. Molis and his Molis Coaching faculty. After 12 weeks, you will have completed the foundation of your Invisalign education and be ready to grow that side of your practice.

Growth is inevitable for Molis Coaching Paced Program graduates. The average Molis Coaching doctors average 32 Invisalign cases per year. The most engaged Molis Coaching docs average 76 cases per year! That is good for Gold Plus status with Invisalign and a significant discount on lab fees! That’s a win-win for you and the practice’s bottom line … and probably also your back and neck, as Invisalign treatment is far easier on the body than difficult restorative dentistry.

The key to the Paced Program is the three Cs: curriculum, community, and coaching. This is what will give you the skills and confidence you need to start knocking Invisalign cases out of the park.
