Civility is not dead!

The Worker, Retiree and Employer Recovery Act was signed into law on Christmas Eve 2008. The act, which in part made technical corrections to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, primarily provides temporary relief to pension plans and suspends a retirees? obligation to take required minimum distributions from retirement savings accounts at a time when the account?s values are lower.
