LOUISVILLE, Colorado--Symbyos, a developer of health information systems, has announced its App for iPod touch and iPhone is now available on the iPhone App Store.

The application allows users to purchase, download, and play individual dental education animations. More than 70 animations are available, covering the most common dental diagnoses and procedures.

Fourteen of the animations are complimentary. The App also features a direct portal to additional information on ToothIQ.com, where users can learn about risks, benefits, and options to most dental procedures.

The announcement was made to coincide with the second annual World Oral Health Day held on Sept. 12, 2009.

The Apps will be available in the App Store in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia.
