Premier PREMA Enamel Microabrasion System is now available in a new syringe-delivery system that permits effective application of PREMA for the conservative removal of enamel discolorations.

PREMA works for treatment of superficial white, brown, and multi-colored enamel defects that are less than 0.2mm in depth. When used with a low-speed handpiece fitted with a 10:1 gear reduction angle, this mild solution of hydrochloric acid with silicon carbide microparticles in a water-soluble slurry removes many discolorations that are found in the superficial enamel.

This new PREMA System replaces the 10-cup kit. Dentists should note the consistency of PREMA syringes as compared to the old cups. One kit contains four, 1.2-ml syringes. This is sufficient material for approximately 20 treatments.
