MELVILLE, New York--Henry Schein, Inc., a provider of health-care products and services to office-based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets, has announced that Janine Marin has been appointed Director of Security for North America.

In her new role, Marin will oversee security at Henry Schein's five core distribution centers in the United States, as well as other facilities in North America. Marin has been a security professional for more than a decade, primarily in retail. Prior to joining Henry Schein, she was a district asset protection manager for Target Stores.

Marin received a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Pace University in New York.
