Sultan Chemists, Inc., has reached an agreement with Pechiney Plastics Packaging, Inc., of Chicago to be their exclusive distributor of autoclavable dental and medical sterilization pouches.
This arrangement is a direct result of Pechiney's recent acquisition of California-based Harken Products, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of sterilization pouches used in dental offices.
"We expect the combination of Harken's assets, Pechiney's manufacturing power, and Sultan's access to the medical and dental markets to make for an extremely strong alliance," stated Paul Seid, president of Sultan Chemists.
