Add RSS FeedRotoMix® puts revolutionary spin on capsule-mixing, delivery
With the introduction of RotoMix® from ESPE, dentists now have an innovative capsule-mixer that assures low-porosity, and homogeneous mixtures that are easier to extrude. The machine work with two different mixing cycles. In the rotational cycle, RotoMix® spins the capsule counter-directionally to the rotating platform. In the automatic-centrifugal cycle, RotoMix® locks the capsule in place so it spins with the capsule. This forces out entrapped air, assuring that the material is virtually free of air voids. Material then can be dispensed with 30 percent less pressure than from capsules mixed with conventional mixers.
