John is an expert in the field of communications. He and his associates have helped more than 500 dental practices drastically improve all forms of patient communication. John understands the psychology of the client/staff relationship and the idea that appointment setting requires an empathetic understanding of the customers needs. With experience in two different technology startups John has worked with both sales and marketing teams to bring opportunities to fruition. John has proven himself to be a valuable asset in the creation of marketing collateral. He has demonstrated the unique ability to translate his passion for new technology into his work becoming a product evangelist for Weave’s revolutionary software. John graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology.
